With air electronic gauging equipment we assure each of our tool holders comply for AT 3 class taper. By way of maintaining AT3 class taper runout of the tool holder is minimized thus increasing the spindle bearing life and cutting tool life.

Our standard tool holders are manufactured according to G 6.3 balancing grade. G 2.5 @18,000 RPM can also be manufactured on request. Failure to comply with balancing grade in high speed machining puts the spindle life at drastic risk due to centrifugal force acts on spindle.
